Information we collect
- Account details you provide such as name, email, and profile information.
- Usage data about how you interact with Trajectory AI to improve reliability and experience.
- Workspace content you choose to add, including goals, tasks, and documents.
- Technical data such as IP address, device type, and browser settings for security and troubleshooting.
How we use your data
- To deliver and improve the Trajectory AI product, including personalization of recommendations and roadmaps.
- To secure accounts, prevent abuse, and detect unauthorized access.
- To provide support, respond to requests, and communicate product updates you opt into.
- To meet legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service.
Sharing & disclosure
- Service providers who help us host, process, and analyze data under strict confidentiality agreements.
- Legal or safety requirements where we must comply with applicable law or protect rights, property, or safety.
- No selling of your personal data and no sharing with advertisers.
Data retention & deletion
- We keep your account and workspace data while your account remains active.
- Backups are retained for a limited time to support recovery and reliability.
- You can request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting support@trajectory.ai. We will confirm once deletion is complete, subject to any legal retention requirements.
Your choices
- Access and update your profile information in your account settings.
- Opt out of non-essential communications using the unsubscribe link in emails.
- Request export or deletion of your data by emailing support@trajectory.ai.
AI & model usage
- Your prompts and roadmap inputs are used to generate responses for your account and to improve model quality, but are not shared with other customers.
- We may use third-party model providers; when we do, data is transmitted securely and subject to provider agreements.
