You may use Trajectory AI for personal or business purposes, but you must comply with applicable law and avoid misuse, abuse, or attempts to disrupt or reverse engineer the platform.
Accounts & security
Keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
Subscription & billing
Paid plans renew automatically unless canceled. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period.
Content & data
You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant us a license to process it to operate and improve the service. Do not submit sensitive data you are not authorized to share.
AI usage
AI-generated suggestions may be inaccurate. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before acting on them.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms. You may stop using the service at any time; upon termination, access to data may be removed subject to legal retention requirements.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Trajectory AI is provided "as is" without warranties, and our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 12 months.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated, and continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
